The methodology used for data collection is, in fact, able to provide only information regarding the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and the operating system used by the visitor, the various temporal connotations of the visit (for example the time spent on each page) and the details of the itinerary followed within the site with particular reference to the sequence of the pages consulted. It is in no way possible to trace the identity of the VISITOR as the surveys are carried out in real time. All data collected is stored on the ShinyStat servers in the aggregate form only. To see in detail the MB anonymisation system, you can consult the relative page : http://www.shinystat.com/it/anonimizzazione.html Definitions useful for understanding the Privacy law. The anonymisation mechanism avoids the request for the prior consent of the users (so-called "Brief Information") on the installation of cookies, since these are cookies with exclusively statistical purposes for the purpose of optimizing the site (and not profiling or marketing ), which do not allow in any way to trace the identity of the individual visitor, as indicated in the general provision (web document n. 3118884) of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, published in the Official Gazette n. 126 of 3 June 2014, register of provisions n. 229 of 8 May 2014 on the subject of Cookies, containing "Identification of the simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies".
